I-Thyme Panna Cotta
- Letha ukhilimu noshukela kanye ne-thyme emathunjini bese ususa ekushiseni. Bese ugoqa i-gelatin ecindezelwe kukhilimu oshisayo. Vumela yonke into ime imizuzu engu-10, bese uhlunga ngesihlungo esihle. Hlanganisa neyogathi, uthele ezingilazini bese ufaka esiqandisini okungenani amahora amabili.
I-Raspberry Espuma
- Shisisa ijusi elincane lewolintshi bese uncibilikisa i-gelatin ekhanyiwe kuyo. Hlanganisa kahle nezithako ezisele bese ugcwalisa i-cream dispenser. Gcoba i-capsule, xuba kahle futhi ubeke esiqandisini.
