Spaghetti with crab sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 garlic
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 16 cocktail tomatoes
  • 200 g crab (party shrimp)
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese, also with herbs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper, coarsely ground
  • Parmesan
  • basil
  • 200g spaghetti
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Meanwhile, press or finely chop the garlic and fry it in oil with the chopped onion. Halve the cherry tomatoes (larger ones can also be quartered), and add them with the halved prawns. Stir in the cream cheese, season, and bring to a boil briefly. Pour the sauce over the spaghetti and garnish with Parmesan and basil, if desired.
