Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g shell pasta
- 600 g carrot(s)
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- 200 g spring onions
- 20 g butter
- 16 sage leaves
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions. Peel and slice the carrots. Sauté in the broth for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Trim, wash, and finely chop the spring onions, and sauté for about 3 minutes. Heat the butter and sauté the sage. Add the drained pasta and vegetables and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
