Spinach spaghetti

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g spinach
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • ½ jar white wine
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 200g spaghetti
  • 100 g Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook spaghetti al dente. Wash the spinach and finely chop the leaves. Heat the olive oil and sauté the finely chopped garlic clove. Add the spinach and sauté briefly until it collapses. Deglaze with wine and stir in cream or cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper, toss with the spaghetti, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
