Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 225 g sugar
- 375 ml buttermilk, with lemon flavor
- 1 pinch of salt
- 400 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 lemons
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 packs of cake icing (lemon)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Whisk together eggs, sugar, buttermilk, and salt until creamy. Combine flour and baking powder and stir in. Spread batter onto a well-greased baking sheet (approx. 35×40 cm). Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (convection oven) for approximately 25 minutes. Squeeze lemons. Measure 100 ml of juice and mix with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Pierce the hot cake several times and drizzle with the juice. Then let it cool. Cover the cake with lemon glaze.
