Beef fillet hunter style

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 beef fillets
  • 250 g cooked ham, cut into thin strips
  • 1 stalk(s) leek, cut into fine rings
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 1 jar chanterelles
  • 250 g sweet cream
  • 1 shot of sherry
  • 1 pack of grated cheese

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Brown the fillets in a pan with a little butter and oil, then transfer to a casserole dish. Add a little more oil and sauté the onions, leeks, and ham (with the lid closed) for about 10 minutes. Add the chanterelles and continue sautéing for about 5 minutes. Add the cream and sherry and season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the fillets in the casserole dish and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in the oven at about 250°C for about 20 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes.
