Minced meat pan with sweet potatoes and feta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g sweet potatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 100 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 150 ml water
  • 200 g tomatoes, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • 50 g feta cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Peel and roughly dice the sweet potato. Finely dice the onion and garlic. Fry in a pan with the minced meat in a little oil. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Then add the potato, cream, water, tomato paste, and tomatoes to the pan and cover. Let everything simmer for about 15 minutes. Finally, garnish with the feta and serve.
