Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g margarine
- 300 g sugar
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
- 6 m.-sized eggs
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- ½ tsp cocoa powder
- 150 g chocolate shavings
- ⅛ liter red wine
- 300 g flour
- 1 bag of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Baked in a jar, for 8 jars
Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter and pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 1 hour. For cakes in jars, I always use 440 ml jars. This cake yields about 8 jars. Grease the jars, avoiding the rim. Pour about 170 g of batter into each jar and bake as described above. After about 50 minutes, test with a toothpick for completeness. After baking, remove each jar individually from the oven and seal immediately. Then return to the oven and let cool. For diabetics: 5 units per jar cake.
