Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 40 g brown sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon flavor, powdered
  • 1 tsp gingerbread spice
  • 50 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 100 g almonds, chopped
  • 100 g candied orange peel
  • 100 g cranberries, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with quark and cranberries, without butter and raisins

You will need a nice jar with a lid, as shown in the picture. Layer the ingredients in the jar in the order I have listed them. It is best to fill the jar with a large spoon. Always layer them well along the edge so that the different layers are visible. Later you can fill the middle with enough almonds, candied orange peel and cranberries. Close the jar tightly and decorate with colorful ribbon, etc. Then make a little note with the following information: Add: 200g quark, 8 tbsp oil, 8 tbsp cream Optionally for decoration: melted butter, icing sugar Mix all the ingredients together well and fill into muffin cases. Bake at 150°C fan-assisted oven for around 30 minutes. If desired, brush with butter and dust with icing sugar afterwards.
