Peach chocolate muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g peach(s) from the can
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 80 ml sunflower oil
  • 250 g flour
  • 3 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 100 g chocolate flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

for 12 muffins, with chocolate flakes

First, line a muffin tin with paper baking cups. Drain the peaches, let them drain well, dice them finely, and set aside. Cream together the sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg until creamy. Then stir in the sour cream and oil. Sift the flour and baking powder over the mixture, add the chocolate flakes, and mix everything together. Finally, carefully fold in the peach cubes. Using a tablespoon, divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups (about 2 tablespoons per cup). Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes. Then cool completely on a cooling rack. Makes 12 muffins.
