Chocolate vanilla cake with strawberries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 400 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 1 pack of cake glaze (strawberry flavor)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 250 ml water
  • some mint leaves, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash and hull the strawberries. Mix the flour, sugar, oil, vanilla sugar, baking powder, eggs, and cocoa powder into a batter. Pour the batter into a tart tin or springform pan and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 25-30 minutes. Cook the vanilla pudding according to the package instructions, using only 400ml of milk. Let it cool slightly, then stir it into the sour cream while it is still lukewarm. Spread the lukewarm cream onto the tart base and top with the strawberries. Prepare the glaze according to the package instructions using 250ml of water and drizzle over the strawberries. Place a few mint leaves on the glaze and press them in slightly. Chill the cake for at least an hour before serving.
