Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 flatbread(s)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 kg leaf spinach, frozen
- some olive oil
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 200 g feta cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Simply
First, preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Divide the flatbread in half so you can fill the top and bottom halves. Spread the sour cream on each half and season with pepper. Then spread the spinach and sprinkle the diced feta over the bread. Bake the flatbread for about 20 minutes using top and bottom heat. Then broil it in the oven for another ten minutes. Finally, drizzle a little oil over the bread to finish.
