Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 25 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Milk for the pan
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp, leveled cornstarch
  • ½ liter of milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

without yeast

Combine flour and baking powder in a bowl. Whisk together salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs with a little milk, then add the remaining milk and mix everything together. Grease a hot pan with butter and add about 1 cm of milk. Bring to a boil and add 6-7 heaps of batter. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 25 minutes. For the custard, whisk the egg and sugar until frothy. Add the Mondamin mixture and stir until smooth. Add the milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
