Scallops and Palm Hearts on Enoki Mat
The perfect scallops and palm hearts on enoki mat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 320 g Palm hearts
- 18 Pc. Scallops
- Lime juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- 300 g Enoki mushroom
- 100 g Butter
- Cut the palm hearts into slices, wash the scallops and season with lime, salt and pepper, fry both briefly in butter. Fry the enoki mushrooms in butter as well.
- Place the mushrooms on the plate like a mat and then arrange the palm hearts and scallops on top. Season to taste!
