Scallops and Palm Hearts on Enoki Mat

The perfect scallops and palm hearts on enoki mat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 320 g Palm hearts
  • 18 Pc. Scallops
  • Lime juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 300 g Enoki mushroom
  • 100 g Butter
  1. Cut the palm hearts into slices, wash the scallops and season with lime, salt and pepper, fry both briefly in butter. Fry the enoki mushrooms in butter as well.
  2. Place the mushrooms on the plate like a mat and then arrange the palm hearts and scallops on top. Season to taste!
