Crispy salmon in cream soy sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 250 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 2 spring onions
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 100 ml water
  • 100 ml soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes and sear them in a pan with the oil. Meanwhile, slice the spring onions into rings and add them to the now crispy salmon. After 2 minutes, deglaze with the white wine, simmer for 3 minutes, then add the cream, sour cream, water, and soy sauce. Simmer for another 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens. Add the dill and season with salt and pepper. Serve with pasta, rice, or baguette.
