Creamy tomato sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 500 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 100 g herb cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp basil, or mixed herbs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the onion. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and add them to the pan. After about 3-4 minutes, add the cream cheese and mix well. Season with salt and pepper and add the herbs. Serve with pasta.
