Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 300 g oat flakes
- 100 g desiccated coconut
- 2 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp lavender flowers
- some cardamom
- some salt

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Then knead the melted butter with the remaining ingredients until a crumbly dough forms. Scoop small balls from the dough and form them into flat, 5-7 mm thick cookies. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake using the fan oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown. Caution! Since the cookies crumble easily when warm, it’s important to let them cool completely on the baking sheet. They will only achieve their crispy texture once they’ve cooled completely.
