Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 60 g butter (half-fat), soft
- 70 g sweetener
- 1 egg(s)
- 120 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 80 g cornflakes, unsweetened
Instructions

for approx. 45 pieces
Cream soft butter with sugar until fluffy. Add the egg. Combine the flour with the baking powder and stir into the mixture. Crush the cornflakes and add them. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Form tablespoon-sized mounds of dough, place them on the baking sheet, and flatten them. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
