Ingredients for 100 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 125 g sugar
- 125 g butter, soft or margarine
- 1 egg(s)
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp jam (raspberry jam)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Knead the flour, sugar, butter, and egg into a dough. Wrap in foil and let it rest in a cool place for about 1 hour. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan oven). Roll out the dough to 1/2 cm thick, cut out stars, and place on the baking sheet. Bake in the center of the oven for 8-10 minutes until light brown. Mix the powdered sugar, juice, and 1 tablespoon of jam into a glaze. Spread the mixture over the cookies. Place 1 pinch of jam in the center of each star and dip it into the glaze with a wooden skewer.
