Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 350 g flour
- 300 g sugar
- 150 g fruits, chopped, candied (to taste) can also be omitted
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground
- 3 tsp gingerbread spice
- 1 tsp clove(s), ground
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 250 ml milk
- 150 g butter, liquid
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
First, add the dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl (Tupperware yeast dough bowl), close the lid, and shake vigorously. Then, in another mixing bowl, shake the wet ingredients vigorously. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and shake vigorously. Stir thoroughly with a spatula and spread onto a baking sheet. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. After baking, cover with glaze and cut into squares, rectangles, or triangles while still warm. Lemon glaze: Mix 250g of icing sugar with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of water. Tastes absolutely delicious! Should be eaten fresh; not suitable for storage.
