Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g walnuts, chopped
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g olives, chopped
- 125 g crème fraîche with herbs
- 2 tbsp pesto (wild garlic pesto)
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg white
- 375 g flour
- 1 point yeast (yeast dough guarantee)
- 1 egg yolk, for brushing

Set aside a few chopped nuts. Mix the remaining ingredients together until a smooth ball of dough forms. Grease a loaf pan. Pour the dough into the pan and let it rest for about 15 minutes. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with nuts. You can also sprinkle the bread with sesame seeds or other seeds. Baking temperature: 160°C fan oven. Baking time: approx. 35 minutes.
