Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 70 g marzipan
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 20 g coffee powder (cappuccino, approx. 4-5 tbsp)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Nutella
  • Chocolate decoration (mocha beans)
  • Coffee powder (cappuccino)
  • chocolate sprinkles
  • Cake icing (chocolate)
  • possibly oil, neutral

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

e.g. rings, sprayed or balls

Cream together soft marzipan (you can heat it briefly in the microwave to make it nice and soft, then let it cool) with butter, sugar and egg until creamy, then mix in the flour and cappuccino powder. Pipe small rings onto a prepared baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C fan for about 8 minutes. Once cooled, arrange them together with Nutella, dip halfway into the glaze and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles. Alternatively, pipe into simple round cookies, place a dot of Nutella in the center and top with a mocha bean. This dough can also be made into balls: shape a small amount of dough into balls in your floured hand, press them down slightly with the end of a wooden spoon so that the small indentation can be filled with Nutella after baking. Place a mocha bean on top. In this case, the baking time will be slightly longer. Glaze: Heat the chocolate glaze; Stir in about 1 tablespoon of cappuccino powder and about 1 teaspoon of oil if the glaze is too thick.
