Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 180 g sugar
  • 120 g chocolate (dark chocolate)
  • 200 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 6 tbsp flour, sift in approx.

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 30 minutes

Sweet seduction

Whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the ground hazelnuts, then stir in the melted chocolate and add about 6 tablespoons of flour. Refrigerate the dough for about 1 hour. Then form into small balls and place them on a baking sheet. Let them dry in a cool place for about 2-3 hours. Then bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for about 6 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar and let cool on a wire rack.
