Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 onions
- 1,000 g mushrooms, fresh
- 500 g chicken meat
- olive oil
- 4 tsp flour
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 1,000 g asparagus
- 200 g sour cream (10%)
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- curry powder

Absolutely light and delicious variant
Clean and peel the asparagus, and cut into approximately 2 cm long pieces. Cook in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Finely dice the onions, mushrooms, and chicken, and sauté in the oil. Dust with flour and then deglaze with the vegetable stock. Add the asparagus pieces and sour cream and reduce slightly. Season to taste. Serve with rice or potatoes.
