Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g flour
- 100 g cornstarch
- ½ pack of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar, then mix with the egg yolks. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Pour into the pan and bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
