Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g pasta
- 250 g cream
- 180 g feta cheese
- 100 g mozzarella, grated
- 2 m.-large tomato(s)
- 1 bunch of basil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp seasoning mix (e.g. Gefro Bella Italia)
- salt and pepper

Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions, drain, and spread evenly in a baking dish. Arrange the basil and thinly sliced tomatoes on top. For the sauce, break up the feta cheese, e.g., with a fork, and place it in a bowl with the cream. Add the crushed garlic cloves and all the spices, and mix well until a reddish sauce forms. Season to taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Spread the sauce evenly in the baking dish and sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat).
