- 50 g bell peppers
- 100 g broccoli

- 100 ml tomatoes, pureed
- 100 g cream cheese (Exquisa Fitline 0.2%)

Place the gnocchi in a baking dish. Arrange the diced bell peppers, broccoli florets, corn, and mozzarella balls on top. For the sauce, whisk the passata with the cream cheese and seasonings and spread evenly over the vegetables. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for approximately 35-40 minutes.
