Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 3 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp cream
- nutmeg
- Pepper, white
- Sea salt
- 200 g chicken, shredded chicken breast or cooked leftovers
- 3 tbsp herbs, mixed chopped
- oil
Instructions

Use up leftover chicken, a small, light meal
Whisk the eggs with the water and cream and season well with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Heat the oil in a pan, add the chicken pieces and fry briefly, then pour the eggs over them. Cooked leftovers can be immediately poured over the eggs. Sprinkle the chopped herbs on top. Use a wooden spoon to stir the set mixture around in the pan to ensure everything is well cooked. Serve with a generous, colorful salad.
