Pasta salad with apples and cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spirelli)
  • 3 m.-sized apples
  • e.g. cheese (Gouda)
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar (raspberry)
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium or hot
  • 1 tsp mustard, sweet
  • 2 tsp honey
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook pasta according to instructions and drain, then rinse with cold water until cold. Peel and core the apples and cut into bite-sized pieces. Remove the rind from the cheese and also cut into pieces. Add the amount to taste. Combine the remaining ingredients in a sauce, stir everything into a bowl, and season to taste. After a night in the refrigerator, everything will be well-seasoned and taste even better.
