Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 200 g sour cream
- 300 g cheese (Swiss cheese), grated
- 300 g processed cheese
- 300 g Emmental cheese, grated
- 400 g cooked ham
- 2 egg yolks
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 2 large baguettes or rolls
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Finger food
Cut the ham into cubes and mix with all the cheese, sour cream, and egg yolk. Season to taste. Slice the baguettes and spread generously with the cheese mixture. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake the baguette slices for about 15-20 minutes. You can also expand the recipe with onions, mushrooms, or salami.
