Crostini with feta, ham and peppers

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 10 slices of baguette
  • 150 g feta cheese (made from sheep’s milk), approx.
  • 1 handful of parsley, flat
  • 5 slice(s) ham, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 clove(s) garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Blend the feta cheese and parsley with a hand blender until smooth. Let it sit in the refrigerator. Halve the ham slices. Cut about a quarter of the peeled bell peppers into 10 sticks. Toast the bread under the broiler until crisp and golden. For smaller batches, simply toast it in the toaster. Rub the hot bread slices with garlic, spread a thick layer of the cheese spread, and top with ham and bell peppers.
