Avocado, cucumber and feta salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 pinch(s) of curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Dice the cucumber and season generously with salt. Let it sit for 15 minutes. In the meantime, dice the avocado and feta cheese. For the dressing, combine sour cream, mustard, vinegar, a pinch of salt (not too much, as the cucumbers and feta cheese are already salted), pepper, dill, and a touch of curry powder. Drain the cucumber water, mix in the avocado and feta cheese, and add the dressing. Great for grilling or simply with a loaf of white bread…
