Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g melon(s) (cantaloupe)
- ½ onion(s), red
- ½ cup natural yogurt, mild
- 1 ball of mozzarella, if desired
- Raspberry vinegar or red wine vinegar
- olive oil
- lemon juice
- Pepper, coarse
- Sugar

light summer salad with mozzarella, as a side dish to grilled food
Dice the melon, tomatoes, and onion and combine in a bowl. Mix the natural yogurt, vinegar, a drizzle of olive oil, and a squeeze of lemon juice to make a dressing. Season to taste with cracked pepper and a pinch of sugar. If desired, toss the salad with a ball of diced mozzarella. These servings are for a small side dish.
