Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g pretzels
- 1 egg white
- 130 g sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Beat the egg whites until stiff, but still runny. Then mix the egg whites with the pretzels. Combine the sugar and cinnamon, then mix with the pretzels. Spread everything on two prepared baking sheets. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes.
