Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), aged
  • 200 g butter
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

simple – enough for about 40 pieces

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead together. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Then shape or roll out the dough into small cookies and cut out shapes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes. Variation: Stir sesame or poppy seeds into the dough, if desired.
