Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 40 g basil
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 7 g pine nuts
- 7 g Parmesan cheese (in one piece)
- 20 ml olive oil
- some salt
- 500 g cocktail tomatoes
- 1 pack of sheep’s cheese
- 2 stalks of spring onions
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Salad with pesto dressing
Pesto: Blend all ingredients in a blender and season with salt. Salad: Wash and slice tomatoes, drain feta cheese and crumble with your fingers, cut spring onions into rings with scissors, place in a colander, and rinse. Arrange all ingredients on a plate and pour the pesto over the top.
