Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 ml milk
- 200 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 1 can corn, approx. 330 g, drained
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 100 g diced ham
- 1 tsp stock powder
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
for a 26cm springform pan
Peel the onion and dice it like the bell pepper. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour the batter into a 26cm springform pan (I prefer a silicone one). Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30-40 minutes on the middle rack.
