Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 230 g whole milk, 3.8% fat
- 390 g cream
- 50 g sea buckthorn paste (from a specialist bakery)
- 50 g glucose
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
for the ice cream machine
Mix the milk, cream, glucose, and sea buckthorn paste thoroughly. Pour into the ice cream maker and freeze. (In my ice cream maker, preparation takes about 50 minutes.)
