Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g strawberries, frozen
  • 200 g sugar and 1 sachet of gelling agent
  • 2 tbsp pepper, fresh green pepper crushed in a mortar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Bring everything together to a boil, test for setting, and then pour into pretty jars. It has a very interesting flavor with a tangy note. Enjoy it either as jam or, for example, on salty crackers with cream cheese for a different kind of appetizer.
