Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pineapple
  • 500 g gelling sugar
  • 2 lemons, juice
  • 4 apples, peeled, pitted and cut into small pieces

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes

Puree half of the pineapple (this works easily with a hand blender), and cut the other half into small pieces. Mix all ingredients and let stand for about 2-3 hours. Then bring to a boil and simmer vigorously for about 5 minutes. Immediately pour into hot jars and seal.
