Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g flour
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 250 ml milk
- Salt
- white pepper, freshly ground
- Rapeseed oil for frying
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 pack of smoked salmon, approx. 200 g
- 1 bunch of dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Combine the flour and eggs in a bowl, gradually adding the milk and whisking to avoid lumps. Season with salt and pepper and let stand for about 20 minutes. Heat the oil in a nonstick pan, then cook 4 pancakes from the batter until golden brown, then let cool. Place the pancakes on a work surface, spread with cream cheese, and top with salmon and dill. Roll up and refrigerate overnight.
