Spicy wok vegetables with turkey

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300g basmati
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 small chili pepper(s), red
  • 400 g turkey breast
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 package of frozen vegetables (Asia wok mix 480g)
  • 5 tbsp chili sauce
  • some coriander

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook rice in salted water according to the package instructions. Peel and chop the garlic. Slice the chili lengthwise, deseed, and finely chop. Dice the turkey breast. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Fry the turkey cubes and chili for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, and remove. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan. Sauté the frozen vegetables and garlic for 3-4 minutes. Add the turkey cubes, chili sauce, and 4 tablespoons of water, and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Chop the cilantro and add the vegetables. Season to taste. Drain the rice. Serve!
