Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup crème fraîche (Frischli) with herbs
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 pinch(s) salt and pepper
- 250 g rice
- 500 g tomatoes or other seasonal vegetables
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the rice until golden brown as usual. Cut the meat into strips and fry in a little oil. After a few minutes, add the chopped vegetables and stir-fry for a few more minutes. Stir in the ketchup and crème fraîche (Frischli) and season with salt and pepper. Transfer the cooked rice to a large, warmed bowl, pour the sauce over it, and serve immediately.
