Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 sausages (poultry sausages)
- Sunflower oil
- 500 g potatoes, peeled and weighed
- 50 g herb cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Ajvar, hot
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 400 g vegetable broth, preferably homemade
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Quarter the potatoes lengthwise and slice them. Place them in a pot with the vegetable stock, ajvar, cream cheese, and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Cook uncovered over high heat for 8-10 minutes, reducing the liquid slightly. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan and fry the sausages until they are the desired color. Serve the sausages and potatoes together.
