Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g potato noodles
- 50 g bacon cubes
- 50 g onion(s)
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- 1 shot of milk
- some butter or oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the bacon and onions into the desired size. You can also buy ready-made diced bacon and onions. Add both to a hot pan with the dumplings and a little butter or oil. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with a splash of milk and season with salt and pepper. Fry the dumplings, bacon, and onions until well browned. Add the eggs and stir gently until set. Season to taste.
