Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large avocado(s)
  • 1 mozzarella
  • ½ clove(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

The preparation is quite simple. Simply cut the avocado and mozzarella into bite-sized cubes and mix together. Crush the garlic clove and add it. Then season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. The salad should have a slightly tangy note. A truly refreshing summer salad!
