First, cut the watermelon into even-sized cubes. Remove any seeds. Arrange about a handful of melon cubes on a plate for each serving. Crumble about 50g of feta cheese over the top. Chop the chili peppers (e.g., small red Thai chili) and mix them with the oil, let them stand for a moment, mix again, and then drizzle 1-2 tablespoons over the melons and feta. Pre-prepared chili oil is also perfect for this dish. The flavor of this dish depends entirely on the quality of the melon and feta. The dish thrives on the contrast between the fruity, refreshing watermelon, the salty, creamy cheese, and the heat of the chili.
