Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 450 g smoked salmon
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 400 g cream cheese with dill
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 120 g gherkins
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 cup sour cream
- e.g. cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 20 minutes
Chop the salmon, cucumbers, and eggs (not too finely; we don’t want mush). Finely chop the dill. Mix all ingredients, from smoked salmon to sour cream, together thoroughly. Let it sit overnight in the refrigerator. Before serving, stir in a little cream; the cream should be smooth.
