Spread the love

  • 6 pointed peppers, red
  • 2 packs of goat’s cheese

Wash the peppers, trim off the stems, and then remove the seeds from the top (i.e., do not cut the peppers). Using a teaspoon, fill the peppers with the goat’s cheese (or any other cheese, such as herb cheese), pressing the mixture in firmly. Then, using a sharp knife, cut the peppers into 1-2 cm wide slices and serve on a serving platter. Serve with baguette, for example.
